When the leadership of Royalty Roofing, an established real estate development company and commercial roofing contractor, saw an opportunity to start a national facility maintenance company, Majestic Facility Services was born. Royalty had been in business for over 30 years and had gained a thorough understanding of the needs, operation, organization and decision-making processes of all types of commercial facilities. Facility maintenance was a natural extension of the core business.

Currently serving many national, regional and local customers, Majestic’s goal is to deliver a turn-key facility service solution to better manage a client’s buildings and to create a stable maintenance platform to enable future growth.
