Sarah Rousch
Vice President

Sarah is an integral part of Majestic Facility Services as the Vice President. She brings over 15 years of experience with customer service, project management and client relations to ensure the success of her team.

Prior to joining Majestic Facility Experts, Sarah was Senior Project Manager for a large national sign manufacturer and service company that supported large retail and restaurant clients across North America. She also has a background in construction, with specific experience managing high volume new construction projects. She is also committed to protecting the integrity of the client’s brand.

As Vice President, Sarah is responsible for a team that administers day-to-day onsite facility maintenance tasks. She also oversees client needs and manages Majestic’s work order process to be streamlined and efficient. Sarah ensures that her team understands that taking care of clients with a knowledge of and respect for their specific business operations is of the upmost importance.

Tracie Voorde
Accounting Manager

Tracie came to Majestic Facility Services with extensive experience in customer service and coordinating schedules for clients, as well as an associate degree in accounting from Brown Mackie College. As Majestic’s Accounting Manager, she is responsible for the company’s processing of technician and client invoices, AR/AP follow-up, and streamlining our internal accounting process to ensure accuracy for all vendors and clients.

She continuously delivers a level of excellence and superior work ethic that complements the Majestic mission of providing exceptional customer service.

Kacey Cains
Operations Manager

Kacey came to Majestic in 2019 with 8 years of experience in customer service and client relations. Kacey is the Operations Manager for Majestic and has developed a strong skillset at encouraging a customer centric team environment to enhance client satisfaction and strive for customer loyalty.

She firmly believes in promoting and maintaining a healthy work environment where development and learning are encouraged amongst the team. She is responsible for ongoing communication and growth with our clients, onboarding, training new staff, leadership training, process and procedure, and maintaining our online presence with up-to-date marketing and communication.

Jared Beatty
National Accounts Coordinator

Jared brings 20 years of customer service experience to Majestic, and is a detail-oriented National Accounts Coordinator. He thrives on bringing proactive assistance to clients, technicians, and co-workers alike. His focus on clear communication and prompt support to all facets of the customer experience makes him a valuable addition to the Majestic team.

Emily Rehmel
National Accounts Representative

Emily came to Majestic with extensive experience with customer service and interacting with customers on a daily basis. She has thorough engagement with vendor partners to ensure a streamlined/on time/on budget completion for our clients. She has a positive personality and is continually learning new trades and processes within the organization.

Melissa Hough
Administrative Assistant

Melissa came to Majestic with many years of Medical CSR experience. She is a loyal, caring, giving person and eager to learn a new profession. Her primary focus is calling our technician base to obtain closeout documentation for work orders and the needed records for our vendor partners to ensure compliance is met and we maintain a great working relationship. In her home life she enjoys spending time with her family, riding motorcycles with her significant other and vacationing in the Caribbean.

Heather LaPara
Accounting Staff

Heather brings extensive experience with customer service from the medical field. Her professionalism and detail-oriented nature make her position with our accounting staff effortless. She is responsible for ensuring all closeout documentation from our technician base is uploaded in its respective work order and that notifications get to the correct staff in a timely manner.

Diane Putz
National Accounts Representative

Diane’s experience comes from years of working in both customer service and in manufacturing. She attended Indiana University at South Bend where she studied business communications. She is supportive of her team and takes pride in providing the best for her co-workers and customers. She follows through on commitments, promises, meeting deadlines and is willing to take on new challenges.

Accounting Staff

 Rachel brings years of customer service experience with her to the Majestic team. She has a strong attention to detail and is a self-motivated goal seeker.

Kaelyn Griffes
National Accounts Coordinator

Kaelyn brings experience to Majestic as a Service Coordinator for Facility Maintenance and as a business owner. She managed day to day of running a business and overseeing the operations of the business, she is a calm and steady presence in the office and her attention to detail ensures the work orders run smooth for the vendors and the clients.

Liba joined Majestic Facility with over 10 years of experience in customer service and customer satisfaction. As a National Accounts Representative, Liba is motivated to provide the best service with integrity and care.

Denise DeMaegd
Administrative Assistant

Denise has over 18 years of experience in the trades and customer service. Denise loves spending time with her family and granddaughter when she is not in the office giving the most excellent customer service.

Theresa Bridegroom

Theresa comes from the medical field and is thoroughly enjoying a change in pace. She is focused on providing great care and communication with our boots on the ground as well as our clients. Theresa enjoys family time and shopping trips!
